INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE OR REFINISH WOODEN STAIRS TO MAKE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE, AND SEAL ALL GAPS AND CREVICES TO REDUCE NUMBER OF AREAS FOR POTENTIAL PEST ACTIVITY.
